Delivery

We aim to make up your order within 5 working days.

Once sent to our chosen carrier you order will then take the following approximate time;

UK delivery 3-5 days

Europe delivery 5-10 days

Rest of World delivery 10-20 days

If there is a problem with your order once we have sent it out, we will of course endeavour to solve the issue for you.

Customs and taxation fees

We DO NOT INCLUDE any customs or taxation fees appropriate to your location. Please ensure you comply with any local rules regarding these matters.

Refunds

We do not allow refunds for our products as they are made up to order individually.

We will however sort out any delivery issues to ensure your product reaches you in the condition it leaves us.
